Email    CHC Email and The Campus Network
  • Login: last name + first initial + @chc.edu. A number may be added to the end of your first initial if that email address was used previously.
  • Default Password: First Initial + Last Initial + ID number. It is required that you change your default password upon your first login following the rules below.
  • Password Rules: Your network/email password is required to be changed every 6 months and must meet the conditions below. You can change your password at www.office.com.
    • Must be unique. You cannot use a previous password
    • At least 8 characters long
    • Contain a capital and lower case letter
    • Contain a number or special character
    • Cannot contain your name
     
Office 365    Office 365
  • CHC Email credentials are used to access O365 at www.office.com.
  • If you change your email/campus network credentials on a campus computer or in O365/Outlook Web Access, the credentials will be updated across those services.
     
Email    myCHC - Students and Future Students
  • Login: Your ID number
  • Password: Random characters assigned to you by Admissions or IT. This default password can be changed by clicking the Personal Info link at the top of the screen once you log in.
  • If you are a returning student who attended prior to 2014, your credentials may be your CHC email credentials. Please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@chc.edu or 215-248-7195 if you are unable to log in.
     
Email    myCHC - Employees
  • Use your email credentials without ‘@chc.edu’
     
Blackboard    Blackboard
  • These credentials will initially mirror your CHC email credentials, but they are not tied to them like O365, CHC network access and CHC email. It is highly recommended that you change your default password in Blackboard to a new password upon first login.
