  • Login: last name + first initial + A number may be added to the end of your first initial if that email address was used previously.
  • Default Password: FIRST INITIAL + last initial + ID number. It is required that you change your default password upon your first login following the rules below.
  • Password Rules: Your network/email password is required to be changed every 6 months and must meet the conditions below. You can change your password at It may take up to 30 minutes before your password change takes effect on all campus systems.
    • Must be unique. You cannot use a previous password
    • At least 8 characters long
    • Contain a capital and lower case letter
    • Contain a number or special character
    • Cannot contain your name

  • CHC Email credentials are used to access O365 at
  • If you change your email/campus network credentials on a campus computer or in O365/Outlook Web Access, the credentials will be updated across those services. It may take up to 30 minutes for the password change to impact all campus systems.

  • Password: Random characters assigned to you by Admissions or IT. This default password can be changed by clicking the Personal Info link at the top of the screen once you log in.
