		myCHC - Students and Candidates Username: Your ID Number Password: Setup: You will receive an email with a password setup link from Admissions. The link will expire after the timeframe indicated in the email. Reset: Enter your ID Number in the Username field and click "I forgot my password." Enter your CHC email address on the next screen. If you don't yet have a CHC email address, use the personal email address you used on your application for admission. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder(s) for the password reset email. If you are a returning student who attended prior to 2014, your credentials may be your CHC email credentials. Please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@chc.edu or 215-248-7195 if you are unable to log in.

		myCHC - Employees Username: Your email address without ‘@chc.edu’ Password: Your email password

		CHC Email and The Campus Network Username: last name + first initial + @chc.edu. A number may be added to the end of your first initial if that email address was used previously. Default Password: Created by IT and delivered via IT or your application status page. Password Rules: Your network/email password is required to be changed every 6 months and must meet the conditions below. You can change your password at www.office.com. It may take up to 30 minutes before your password change takes effect on all campus systems. Must be unique. You cannot use a previous password At least 12 characters long Contain a capital and lower case letter Contain a number or special character Cannot contain your name

		Office 365 Username: Your CHC email address Password: Your CHC email password If you change your email/campus network credentials on a campus computer or in O365/Outlook Web Access, the credentials will be updated across those services. It may take up to 30 minutes for the password change to impact all campus systems.
