Description

An overview of how organizations work including theory, research and application. Students will gain a deeper understanding of organizational structure, culture, communication, and strategic planning processes within the internal business and external business environment. Current trends, cases, and engage in experiential exercises to facilitate critical thinking and apply the course content to an organizational setting will be utilized. The course will also integrate knowledge and skills in the area of organizational theory, with systematic problem solving, to assess and diagnose an organizational problem.
