Description

This course will focus on understanding characteristics and qualities of human behavior and how they interact to make organizations work. It will include an analysis of the historical perspective as well as a review of contemporary theories. Case studies will be used to demonstrate the application of theoretical concepts to practical situations. (New courses: Fall 2017.)
