Description

This course will explore major art history movements throughout modern history. Each week we will examine and define an artistic movement by focusing on a historically significant artist – showcasing the style and characteristics of the movement and looking at the breadth of their work and its reflection on its historical cultural significance. Students will then have the opportunity to compare this to other artists within the same movement.
