Description

Analyzes specific legal cases involving digital evidence. Student will learn to conduct legal research and analyze cases for the use of digital evidence and expert witness reports and testimony. This course will cover special cases regarding Constitutional issues regarding the useof digital evidence such as the 1st, 4th, and 5th Amendments.
