Description

This course is a continuation of UECJ 416. It explores in greater depth federal and state constitutional
provisions regarding search and seizure of electronic evidence, the statutory protections of the privacy
of electronically stored information (ESI) and how they are overcome. It also examines federal rules
pertaining to civil discovery of ESI. Prerequisite UECJ 416.
