Description

Structured to build core strength and body strength as well as flexibility and balance using three different exercise programs; Pilates, Fitball and Yoga. Exercises developed by Joseph Pilates are introduced and practiced for core strength and body toning. The fitness ball is used for entire body conditioning, and yoga vinyasas are introduced to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Credits do not count towards the total required for graduation. Course is repeatable. Graded Pass/Fail only.
