Description

The administration of programs in Early Childhood Education is the focus of this
course, which deals with methods of parent orientation and participation, staff
recruitment, relevant legal issues for administrators of early childhood programs,
techniques of supervision, observation of staff and evaluation of children's
programs. Students will examine, analyze and develop general operating and
personnel procedures.
