Description

This course includes a wide-ranging investigation of an array of teaching models and instructional approaches using re-search, case studies, problem-based learning and discussion on teacher effectiveness. The course will promote an under-standing which will enable the leader to facilitate the paramount objective of improving student achievement. The course will also focus on the study of the dynamics of interpersonal and intrapersonal group relations with an emphasis on improv-ing teaching and learning and designing, implementing and evaluating effective staff development programs.
