Description

An examination of all aspects of starting a new organization including appreciation of conceptual basics of
entrepreneurship, selecting promising ideas, initiating enterprises, exploring opportunities, obtaining initial
financing, legal aspects of staring an organization, market analysis, special tax problems, and organization structure.
Methods of establishing and maintaining small businesses, foundations, educational institution, and public service
(non-profit) organizations will also be discussed. Prerequisite: UEEC 110.
