Description

Designed to give the student a basic understanding of the planning, organization and management of an enterprise. This will be achieved through the use of case studies and insights into operational functions and decisions of management. The course includes a study of the characteristics of strategic decision-making, as applied to the basic organizational functions of operations, marketing and finance. Pre-Requisites: UEAB 219 and UEMA 111. (New course Fall 2012.)
