Description

This course is an examination of the design and administration of financial and non-financial reward systems in an
organization. Students will gain an understanding of how compensation links to the overall HR strategy of the
company. Topics covered include pay equity, pay for performance and incentives, benefits, family-friendly policies,
pension plans and legal implication and requirements. Prerequisite: UEHR 305.
