Description

This course is designed to develop an in-depth understanding of the current issues facing organizations
in supporting employee development. Topics include needs assessments, development and
implementation of training programs, and learning principles focusing on the adult learner. The student
will gain not only an understanding of these principles but will be presented with the opportunity to
practice the theories through in-class activities and assignments.
