Description

This course explores the nature and evolution of Gothic literature in the 19th and 20th centuries, with
attention to the artistic and political roots of horror fiction. Includes Frankenstein, Dracula, and
American literary offspring. Prerequisite: UEEN 103 or equivalent. Courses satisfy literature requirement for Education majors.
