Description

This course is intended to help participants understand the nature and value of learning, how learning is continuously achieved, and how to integrate it into one's daily existence and when leading others. Leaders are lifelong learners, especially when faced with 21st century challenges and environments. They learn themselves and continuously provide an atmosphere to encourage and enable the learning of others. Essentially, everyone can be a leader in specific areas of strength. Understanding how to lead others is based on one's ability to continuously learn.
