Description

A fundamental course in basic mathematical skills which includes a study of the real number system and basic concepts of algebra with an emphasis on applications. This course is an alternative to the requirements for the Mathematics Placement Test for students who have a documented disability in mathematics and experience severe difficulties in traditional math course. Enrollment is based on the approval of the Chair of the Mathematics Department, Director of Student Disabilities, and the student's advisor. Credits are not applicable towards graduation.
