Description

Introduce students to the field of marriage and family therapy and systems thinking. The major models of family therapy will be reviewed, including Psychodynamic, Experiential, Structural, Strategic, and Narrative. The course emphasizes theory and the relationship between theory and technique. Videotapes will illustrate models and principles. (New course Fall 2013.)
