Description

Examines the benefits and risks of nuclear energy and weapons as a complex "wicked problem" with hard-to-foresee consequences of policy choices and difficulty in even framing or numbering potential solutions. This is an interdisciplinary course that, while grounded in political science, adds insight from history, psychology, economics, environmental science, and art history. Fulfills the Real World Connections core requirement.
