Description

Focuses on the ministry of supervision. It strengthens the supervisor?s ability to: create and respond to the ministry of spiritual direction from a contemplative foundation; foster on-going co-discernment; support and assess the development of the director?s gifts. Various methods of supervision will be taught and practiced.
