Description

Students explore the development of oral language in the child and its impact on
reading and writing as related processes. Examination of methods and materials
in reading, writing, and integrated language programs is featured. Also provided
is an in-depth knowledge of each genre of children?s literature within the areas of
fantasy and realism. Methods for integrating children?s literature throughout the
