Description

An overview of many frequently used research designs in psychology. Through a
study of research methodology, students learn how to select an appropriate
research design and how to employ valid procedures in collecting data. The
course will foster analytical and critical thinking skills through a combination of
theory and practical experience, prepare students to read relevant research in
their field and to write a research proposal, and provide background for future
work in the area of research.
