Description

Designed to provide a complete overview of Special Education and the children who receive special education services. Areas of concentration include classifications and definitions, patterns of learning, description of assessment and intervention strategies, legislation, and inclusion. To obtain a broader, more comprehensive perspective, students will conduct research through journal articles, Internet searches, classroom observations and interviews of parents and/or teachers.
