Description

For students in the 7-12 special education certification program. This course identifies the transition to adulthood issues for secondary students with disabilities, including students with autism. Students learn how to complete an individualized secondary transition plan; inclusive of the goals and desires and of the adolescent/young adult with disabilities. (New course Fall 2013.)
