Description

This course provides the basis for a sound language program within the prepared Montessori environment. Discussion in-cludes the responsibility of the teacher in the different levels of development that lead to writing and reading, in the sequenc-ing of materials and in the adaptations to specific language needs of children, with special emphasis on the urban minority child.
