Description

Laboratory exercises introduce classical biochemical methods; applications of these methods to the quantitative measurement of biological molecules; and exercises involving enzyme kinetics. Laboratory graded as part of CHEM-250. 3 hours per week. Co-Requisite: CHEM-250.
