BMGTU 204 Organization and Management of Human Resources 3 credits
This course will provide n in-depth examination of the functions performed by the human resources department in an organization. It will also examine organizational behavior as it relates to the management of people at work. Topics include: human resources planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, equal employment opportunity, and the fair and ethical treatment of employees. It will also examine the various theories relating to motivation, leadership and culture. Prerequisite: BADMU 101 or BADMU 104.
