Description

An introduction to immunology. Topics include humoral and cellular immunology, immunogenetics, immune regulation, hyper-sensitivity, autoimmunity and immune diseases. Laboratory techniques include cellular assays, immunodiffusion assays, ELISA, and antibody isolation. Corequisite: BIOL-410L. Prerequisite: BIOL-201, or permission of the Department Chair.
